What to Bring: Water, Towel, Yoga/Exercise Mat, Dumbbell set between 5-10 lbs, gloves to protect your hands in the grass.

What to Wear:

Comfortable workout clothing that can get sweaty and dirty.

Cost: $249 4 weeks - 3 days per week for 4 weeks
  $199 per month 12 Weeks - 3 days per week for 12 weeks. You will be automatically billed $199 at the beginning of each 4 week session for the 12 weeks.
  $185 per month 6 Months - 3 days per week for 6 months. You will be automatically billed $185 at the beginning of each 4 week session for 6 months.
  $165 per month 12 Months VIP - 3 days per week for 1 year. You will be automatically billed $165 at the beginning of each 4 week session for 12 months. You also receive discounts on other services we offer such as nutrition counseling, detox programs, as well as free admission into other activities offered outside of boot camp.

Camps run every 4 weeks.  Each camp session runs every 4 weeks in length with classes meeting 3 days per week for an hour.
