What to Bring: Water, Towel, Yoga/Exercise Mat, Dumbbell set between 3-10 lbs.

What to Wear:

Comfortable workout clothing that can get sweaty and dirty.

Activities:      

Plyometrics, Cardio, Body Weight Resistance, Balance Training, Calisthenics, Abdominal Toning, Medicine Balls, Yoga, Pilates, Stability Training, Kick Boxing, Running, Strength Building, Drills, Bands and More!

Cost: $250 Session A - 3 days per week for 4 weeks
  $175 Session B - 2 days per week for 4 weeks
  $200 Returning Camper - Session A - must have already completed one camp
  $600 12 Week Transformation Session A (3 days for 3 months)
  $475 12 Week Transformation Session B (2 days for 3 months)

Camps run every 4 weeks.  Each session is a 4 week session unless designated by 12 week transformation (which is a 12 week session).
