I'm already in shape and work out at a gym - why would I come to boot camp?

Plateau. The human body is an incredible machine and can adapt quite quickly and easily. Incorporating a broad range of movement and new exercises in each workout, you achieve a faster, more powerful result. Utilizing a gym is an excellent workout, but the boot camp program can provide a way for you to achieve a greater level of overall fitness. We aim to improve flexility, endurance and core strength along with reducing body fat.
