Also on the list is a 480 mile solo bike trek down the famous California coast and participation in the Furnace Creek 508, a cycling race through Death Valley. “Besides these accomplishments, I have also experienced the not-so-fun side of fitness including unwanted pounds, injuries, and poor race performances. These are the things that keep me in touch with the fact that inactivity is not the way to live your life."
Annie holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and has completed her personal training certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the United States Triathlon Association (USAT) and Chek Training Level 1. Annie's expertise reaches beyond training and goal setting, “it's understood that everyone wants to be fit, healthy, and look good. If they're not it's because they were never shown how to, or choose not to. Overcoming 'how too' is easy, overcoming 'choosing not to' is seeded a lot deeper. Together we can get clarity and move forward to create a life of health and well-being."
